FAQs
One Destination: Work, Shop, Live and Play
Our aim is to create a destination for people to work, live, shop and gather in a vibrant, mixed-use community. By keeping Promenade Shopping Centre as you know it and developing the land around the centre, we can continue to provide a lively destination for people to appreciate.
Variety of Different Uses
We want to create a destination for our community. We will offer an array of residential and commercial uses, along with open spaces and amenities, catering to the needs of current and future residents, workers, visitors, and members of the community.
Is the mall staying? Are you remodeling?
The Promenade Shopping Centre that you love is here to stay! Not to worry, the new development will only improve the services and amenities we have to offer.
What will be the impact on the existing mall operations due to the site development?
With the first phase of the development, Promenade Park Towers, well underway, there will be no impact on the operations of Promenade Shopping Centre. As the development proceeds, Promenade Shopping Centre will collaborate closely with the community and local stakeholders to keep them informed about any potential impacts on mall operations.
When can we expect information regarding the timing and details of future phases?
We are currently in the exciting process of envisioning the future of Promenade Shopping Centre. The complete redevelopment will encompass multiple phases, extending over several years, and will involve extensive cooperation with the community.
I wish to share my feedback and thoughts. How can I participate in the process?
We would love to hear from you! You can share your thoughts by using the contact form on the "Contact Us" page of our website
